The Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern this Offer. Claim instructions form part of the Terms which you will be deemed to have accepted if you refer a company. Please read the following Terms carefully and keep a copy for your information.
The Offer
- Anyone can participate by registering you and your friend’s name, mobile number and email address at https://www.inrealoffices.com/referral-form/. You are able to refer yourself.
- Upon registration you will become a referrer (“Referrer”) and you will be sent a unique code which you can share with your friend who are not already a registered user of www.inrealoffices.com (“Friend”). You should have their consent to refer them.
- When a Friend secures a Qualifying Property both the Referrer and Friend will each receive a £250 John Lewis e-voucher “Referral Bonus” within 3 months, subject to these terms and conditions, delivered by email to the email addresses used to register (the “Offer”). E-voucher terms apply. No cash or other alternatives.
- This Offer applies to your personal contacts only and cannot be made by anyone you refer as part of a job or a position you hold or as an agent, won’t count and will be disqualified from the Offer.
- The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Their can only be one voucher granted per person per company per transaction.

Qualifying Properties
- A “Qualifying Property” is the securing of a new office with a rental roll of more than £50,000 per annum.
- Only accepted viewings arranged through www.inrealoffices.com website will qualify.
- The occupant must not be in breach of their contract, lease or licence agreement for at least 6 months.
- The InReal Group Limited reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Offer at any time, without notice and / or to substitute the Referral Bonus for an alternative of equal or greater value.
- The Offer is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
